We've been reviewing online research suppliers over the last few months. There are many options out there, but few that combine comparative ease of programming, broad ranging analysis and reporting options, fool-proof technical support and data security and, of course, cost-effectiveness.
I think it inappropriate to mention specific products. But I am astonished at how many organisations use free survey tools downloaded from the web.

We had such a great response to our competition at the Personnel Today Awards (Look Good, Feel Great) that we decided to give respondents an opportunity to enter an additional prize draw.
