Having spent several years in both consumer and recruitment research, Mike joined Peer Group in October 2010 as Project Manager.
Beginning his career after university at Mintel, an international leader in consumer market research, Mike helped develop existing and new products including the Inspire trend watching service which was launched in 2007.
Moving to a leading UK recruitment communications agency Mike designed and ran wide-ranging research projects for large commercial organisations such as Barclays Capital and IBM as well as for charities such as Rethink and Scope.
Blending a commercial and methodical mind with a genuine understanding of the vital role that accurate research and interpretation plays in employer branding, Mike has already made a significant impact managing a variety of projects for Morgan Stanley, UBS, Heinz and Betfair.
