Naheed has considerable experience of working within the world of recruitment marketing and resourcing and has also worked client side within the marketing function of a university. Having gained her recruitment experience at three different agencies, Naheed has for the last eight years worked at TMP Worldwide in a Strategic Resourcing Director role and then as General Manager running a multi £m turnover business, so there's no doubt she brings senior level credibility and experience and commercial business acumen to the table.

 

She has worked extensively with clients across central government and commercial sectors including the Metropolitan Police Service, The Security Service (MI5), Serco, RBS, Abbey, BAE Systems, Reuters, HM Prison Service, Home Office and CoI. Most notably her work for the Metropolitan Police Service over a six year period has helped to develop the strategic direction of recruitment to meet the changing needs of the organisation with many industry accolades received at the CIPD, RAD and PPMA awards. She played an integral part in the branding and recruitment campaign for the high profile launch of the, at the time, newly introduced role of Police Community Support Officers and has worked on wide ranging projects across employee communications, diversity awareness marketing, graduate recruitment and recruitment process audits to enhance candidate experience.

 

A great believer in continuous learning and development, Naheed completed an MSc in Organizational Behaviour in 2007 and more recently has become Level A and B psychometric testing qualified. Having expanded her HR focus and expertise, she is currently working on a project to implement a competency framework model for a global charity reflecting the organizational values and brand.
