
Educated in the UK and US, Nick has 33 years industry experience in the consumer advertising and employment marketing sectors. During that time, Nick has held a variety of roles in some of the UK's leading recruitment communications businesses. Nick launched and led the first significant research and strategic planning team for Barkers in 1984, and in 2000 was a founder member of the team that launched Work Communications, establishing and heading their knowledge and consulting function. After their successful AIM flotation in 2006, Nick left Work to establish Peer Group Communications.
Nick has designed and managed employer brand-related projects for organisations as varied as Accenture, BBC, Citigroup, Ford Motor Company, Hess, Jaguar, Jewson, Johnson and Johnson Vision Care, KPMG, Linklaters, Metropolitan Police, Morgan Stanley, NCH Action for Children, npower, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Save the Children Fund, The Environment Agency and T-Mobile. A well respected industry commentator, Nick’s views regularly feature in HR publications and websites, industry blogs and broadcast media.
