
Nick has over 11 year's experience working in the areas of research, employer branding and communications. Head of Research at Thirty Three until 2007, Nick left to become a freelance consultant. Nick started his career in recruitment communications with TMP Worldwide in 1996. Working on a mix of qualitative and quantitative projects he played a key part in the growth and development of their Research and Planning team. Whilst helping clients to develop a greater level of insight into their employment proposition he designed, managed and analysed employer branding research for organisations such as Lloyds TSB, C&G, the DVLA and H.M. Prisons.
He has worked extensively in the public sector with local government, central government and the NHS. Projects included creative development research for the DfES's Fast Track Teaching Programme; research into the impact of early retirement in local government and an exploration of young peoples' attitudes towards the public sector on behalf of SOCPO. Nick has also spent considerable time working in the graduate recruitment market and has presented at the AGR conference and spoken at numerous seminars. He recently become actively engaged in the international market having spent time in India implementing a graduate programme for Oxfam and working in five countries across Eastern Europe researching the graduate audience for PwC.
