Prathiba is embarrassingly well qualified, with a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Social Psychology and a PgDip Human Resource Management - CIPD. Prathiba has worked as a Research Assistant at the Social Psychology European Research Institute (SPERI) and undertaken industrial placements for Shell Exploration and Production Europe and Wood Group Engineering.
Prathiba joined Peer Group in 2007 and has managed competitor audits and online research for clients such as Barclays, Merck Serono, NATS and T-Mobile.
