One of the areas of our work that is proving extremely popular is the analysis and reporting of the EVP's of key competitors for talent.
Many organisations find it very useful when determining or fine-tuning their own EVP to be able to compare their proposition with that of the organisations they are most likely to be competing with for potential employees.
Not only does this ensure that all of the primary bases are well covered, it aids differentiation and also acts as a double check on communications themes to ensure that the way in which an EVP is promoted is not using identical language or imagery to other employers (which is surprisingly often the case).
Furthermore, it can aid recruiters in building their case to win over candidates with an interest in, or offers from, a number of organisations.
Although this is an area where we normally undertake the research and reporting ourselves, we also offer a bespoke tool-kit and training so that ongoing competitor monitoring can be undertaken in-house.
